Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, password, and profile details; the iPOLOGIEs, recordings, and responses you create; details about the people you send an iPOLOGIE to, such as their name, email address, or phone number; and messages you send to our support team. Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages and features you use, and error reports. Payment information: purchases are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use your information to create and secure your account; compose, store, and deliver your iPOLOGIE; process payments and credits; send service messages such as receipts, delivery updates, and security alerts; provide support; understand how the Service is used so we can improve it; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse; and meet our legal obligations.
3. AI-assisted features
When you use AI-assisted writing, the text you provide is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. We do not allow that provider to use your content to train its models, and we only send what is needed for the feature to work.
4. Information about recipients
When you send an iPOLOGIE, you give us a recipient’s contact details so we can deliver it. Please only share details of people you are allowed to contact. We use these details only to deliver your iPOLOGIE and related notifications, and recipients can ask us to stop contacting them at any time.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the recipients you choose; service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting and database, email and text messaging, payment processing, media storage and playback, analytics, error monitoring, and AI providers, who may use it only on our behalf; authorities when required by law or to protect someone’s safety; and a successor business if iPOLOGIE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work without them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
